A staffing group gives 20,000 employees an internal AI coworker
The rollout is internal first: drafting, matching, and case notes, with client work still behind a review step.
A global staffing group is rolling out an internal assistant to about 20,000 employees. The first jobs are mundane on purpose: draft a candidate note, suggest a match, summarise a case. Client-facing output still passes a person.
The number will travel faster than the policy. The policy is the story. Staff need to know when the coworker is allowed to see a CV, what it stores, and who is accountable for a match that looks efficient and is wrong.
